AUTOGENIC TRAINING: A NEURO-PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL TECHNIQUE TO HELP COMBAT FATIGUE, SWITCH ON INSTANT CALM AND BUILD RESILIENCE ©

Workshop Objective:

In this workshop participants will learn how to consciously control their brain processes and nervous system so that they can improve sleep hygiene, combat fatigue, switch on instant calm and build resilience effectively.

Workshop Outline:

The Autogenic Training Workshop is a half or full-day workshop and is highly practical, hands-on and interactive. All participants who self-practice this technique will be able to instantly combat fatigue, switch on calm and build up their resilience levels from day one. Because the technique follows a prescriptive, logical step-by-step approach and teaches how to consciously self-direct mind-body processes, participants will be equipped with a skill for life that they can use anywhere and anytime to combat fatigue, manage their stress and build up resilience when needed.

By arrangement.

The workshop will need to be run in a spacious room with comfortable chairs so that participants can relax properly during training. It would be ideal if the floor was carpeted to give the option of lying down if preferred. The room needs to well ventilated and neither too warm nor too cool. Drinking water should be supplied to participants throughout the workshop.
