FAQ

Q. How much does The Autogenic Training Programme cost?

The Workshop Programme is very cost-effective for the organisation in terms of both the actual cost per attendee and the benefits to the organisation and their people in regards to increased productivity, reduced absenteeism etc. In a nut-shell the cost to run the workshop will depend on the number of workshops and the number of participants. Some companies like us to do ‘pre’ and ‘post’ assessments of the Programme and with some groups sustainability of benefits can be enhanced by follow up. I can assess this all of this over the phone and then put a proposal together for you.

Q. I have noticed that you have done some work with The Police Force and Fire Brigade. I was wondering if your Programmes are also suitable for the Resources Industry and The Armed Forces?

Yes, our Autogenic Training Workshop benefits all organisations and their people regardless of the industry. In fact, the more’ hazardous’ and stressful the working environment, the more benefit your organisation and your people will notice from our Programme. The Autogenic Training Programme has demonstrated positive outcomes for NASA, NSW Police and Fire Brigade. Q. My company offers an Employee Assistance Programme to our employees? Isn’t this enough?

Whilst this is a very beneficial offering, EAP has some shortcomings when this is the only mental health service being offered by the organisation.

EAP’s focus is to fix the problems of individual employees, one on one, if the employee is not resistant to the service.

The Autogenic Training Institute’s  focus however is to prevent problems from occurring in the  first place by working with all employees, cost-effectively in groups and in-house,  so that all employees benefit.
